Are All E-ATX Form Factor Motherboards The Same Size (Dimensions)?

The reason I ask this particular question is that I was given a:

Gigabyte z690 Aorus Master MB
E-ATX Form Factor; 30.5cm x 25.9cm (which measurement is width?)

I would like the Fractal Meshify 2 case because it said it was E-ATX compatible but the actual dimensions listed are:

Fractal Meshify 2 - Motherboard Compatibility
E-ATX (max 285 mm) (is this width?)

30.5 cm = 305 mm, which is obviously more than the 285mm listed on the Fractal site depending on which is width..

I am a bit confoozed as to which of the dimensions is which? heh heh

Thx!

If you look at the Wikipedia article -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX#Variants E-ATX variants are all 12 in wide. It is the depth that varies.
So if your motherboard is 259 mm deep and the case supports 285 mm you should be OK.
