Question Are all gpu mosfets the same?

Ok so i have a faulty hd 7970 and it sometimes post sometimes dont. And when it does post and got into windows, the screen became black, so i think the problem is the mosfets. I have a dead gtx 650 ti as well, and there are some mosfet that still works. So i had this idea about removing the mosfet from the 650ti using my heat gun and after that i would replace the faulty mosfet from the hd 7970 with 650ti.
Since these cards came out in 2011-2012, the mosfets are the same right or theyre different mosfets?

mosfets can be different, they should be labeled tho
