this is my first time trying to make a pc that like you know, works. it's for my cousin that knows nothing about computers and he entrusted me into making a gaming pc under $1500 that works.

tl;dr: do all these parts work and is there anything i should change about it ?

3200MHz RAM is minimum for Ryzen and is your cousin gonna overclock? because if not the stock cooler will do just fine.

Should be also I wouldn't waste money on a cooler unless ur cousin is gonna try to do some minor overclocking.
