Are all PSUs universal ?

Hello everyone I was curious about if I buy an PSU from North America and use it in Europe ? Btw I'm planning to buy EVGA G3 850w. Are there's any difference about Voltage/Watts for regions ? Thanks for helping

you can use the evga G3 850 in Europe. If you decide to go with another psu just make sure it says the input voltage is 100 to 240 volts. Europe is 220 volts. It should automaticlly adjust or check behdinf ro a switch and flip it from 120 volts to 240 volts(220 volts)

Make sure it says in it specs 100-220V which I know the evga g3 does:

as it shows is right on the back table where it says Input Voltage.
