everything seems fine, don't worry about getting the xfx, not worth the money and you aren't getting much in return, 430 is plenty to power that system.

Definitely agree with the RAM suggestion. The PSU is fine as long as you do not plan to upgrade the CPU.

The cx430 is Seasonic based unlike the rest of the CX line, so it is good.

it was actually the 400W cx that was made by seasonic, but that was discontinued. The 430 is still a great psu though.

This is correct. The cx430 is by far the best of the CX line though.
