Looking at model Thermaltake ToughPower 600W W0103RU online, I find two different designs for this PSU. It seems that for one design it always states that it is 80+ certified (https://www.newegg.com/thermaltake-toughpower-w0103ru-600w/p/N82E16817153033 ), whereas for the other one - it does not (https://www.cnet.com/products/thermaltake-toughpower-w0103-power-supply-600-watt-series/ ).
Is it possible that the same P/N has two different specifications?

Generally, would you recommend this PSU for an editing rig?

Solution
The Thermaltake ToughPower 600W W0103RU came to market in 2004. Can we recommend a 16 year old PSU in a modern PC. I could not.

Your Newegg link shows the label of a Raidmax RX-700 in their third picture. I would doubt any statement in that link.

Oh, I wasn't gonna buy from that link. It was just to demonstrate the difference between the two seemingly different models.
Is it the age of the model that's the problem or the age of the unit?
