Yes, some parts are overkill for others and some money could be saved without losing performance but they are compatible.

Yep that will all work together nicely and you should have no issues fitting it inside that case.

You'd probably be better with a 3570K and a larger SSD/HD. A 3TB drive is $30 more and with a 256GB drive you have room for a couple games in addition to the other necessities.
