Are all these parts compatible?

Solution
By all means, I would stretch the budget by $40 more and you get a much more capable righ, with better CPU, much better GPU, faster hard drive and better power supply.

the cooler is there because i bought a core 2 quad which didnt come with one but problems arised with the mobo i had so i just have it now and i also plan to overclock which i heard cant really be done on h81 mobo dont worry i dont plan to overclock until i get a higher end psu

Why would you want to drop from an H97 to an older H81 chipset? Also the G3258 overclocks very well and will need an aftermarket cooler to help keep temps down.

I would drop the ram and pick these up, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f312800cl9d8gbrl with the saved money upgrade the cooler to a cooler master hyper 212 evo

Solution
that 280 sould be great to have alright im gunna go with herrwizo's build although i have to spend more on another power supply when i already had one but, i really want that 280 so i can live

see now im at a loss lol im so confused now xD should i pick a different motherboard? or just go with the 4130? help me herrwizo im confused 😱

okay herrwizo microcenter has the 4160 for 99.99 which is pretty good imo so could you pick out a nice but cheap mobo that i don't have to update the bios for it to post on first boot?
don't worry about my budget but try not to go completely nuts cx

okay im sorry im so like persistant at this but i just want the best thing for my money but okay herrwizo i found this motherboard and it is an h81 but on pcpartpicker it doesnt have the note at the bottom saying it might need a bios update prior to haswell refresh cpus i cant find much about it but if you could coud you research around and see if i would actually need it or not? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NfwRMp

All H81 motherboard need the latest BIOS for Haswell Refresh CPUs. You can never be sure about that, unless the vendor or your seller can provide details about it (you should ask them). The reason it's not listed on the pcpartpicker can be various, but as far as I know, you are only 100% sure with H97 without asking anything.

ha i found the perfect fit! now heres what i got http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-b85anniversary
and heres why i think itll work right out of the box
http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B85%20Anniversary/?cat=CPUit says its compatible with all bios versions so am i understanding that correctly? if it states its compatible with all bios it should work right out of the box?

What's the point on having 90$ mobo with a 70$ ? besides the h81m is a very good entry-lvl motherboard with a decent overclocking suport.
