Are any of these combos worth buying?(CPU+GPU)

i7 4790/6700+GTX 950

This would be used for rendering,streaming and rather casual gaming (CSGO, MoBAs and such)

i3 6320+GTX 970

This would be used for the part of casual gaming, but with being able to play new games on medium graphics

if u do rendering and streaming more often and video editing too... then the i7 with is the one to go with how ever i recommend a 960 atleast....
and for gaming only 970 with a i5 is the combo to go with...

theyre both kind of unbalanced, how about a i5 6600k/4690k and 960/380
