The first is the fastest: FX 8320 + R7 260X .

R7 260X is a gaming card .

Newegg has the 1st one cheaper. I paid that with a 22" 1ms ASUS monitor for my little cousin.

The first one is best option, as it has the best GPU. It can run modern games, but at lower settings. What is your budget, for a pc?
