Question Are clicking/ticking noises normal when PC is turned on and off ?

Hi, I have a CIT FX Pro 600w PSU which i know is an unheard of brand and has many mixed reviews. I just need the pc to last a year or more as it is.

The sound i hear only occurs when i turn it on and the clicking or ticking sound is there for around 60 seconds or so then goes. The same when i turn the pc off, it ticks or clicks for roughly around 60 secs.

Is this normal or do i need to get psu replaced?

CIT is not an unheard of brand. They are a well known peddler of cheap dangerous garbage. Replace it.

thanks for the reply, would you say replacing it is a must and if so do you know any good PSUs that I can replace it with?
