So i have a great deal from my friend on a CoolerMaster 460W PSU (http://bit.ly/2rC3iyM this one)

And i will use it for my brother's build which containts:

CPU Phenom II x4 965 @ stock 3.4GHz
GPU R7 250 1GB or HD 7750 not yet decided.
RAM 6 GB
HDD 1x 320GB WD and 1x 120GB Seagate
Optic Drive 1x DVD-RW
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H

You guys think it will be alright for this build?

It is nowhere near seasonic in terms of quality, but for your rig it will more than suffice, since you have low power requirements in your rig. Note that this psu should be new if possible and with valid warranty if possible. Also, you will be very limited in gpu upgrades in the future - this is effectively a 300w psu, not 460, since 12v rail is the most important these days. If you ever go for an gpu upgrade, you will have to pick one that uses up to, say, 75w to be sure.

Bottom line: if you are fine with your current specs or gpus up to 75w, and the psu is not old, you can get it. Otherwise, avoid.

Ok..
And which one you suggest i get between this
ThermalTake TR2-470
