Are CPU temperatures Okay?

My PC was having trouble booting up, I was wondering about my voltages if they are okay. I was overclocking it.
Specs:
CPU: Amd Phenom ii 1090T
GPU GTX 460
Ram: 16 gb
Motherboard: ASUS M4A89TD PRO/USB 3

Need more details about what the trouble is exactly with booting. Did you reset BIOS to defaults and does it still not boot after that? Did you test the RAM one stick at a time? In other words, what did you try already?
