Are dual core processors ok for an htpc build?

Will only be using it for watching 1080p mp4/ avi movies on a 32" 1366 x 768 resolution TV, Youtube Videos, Spotify, and TV.

Two Builds Both amd and Intel

Will the R5 Apu handle 1366x768 resolution?

for your needs the built in gpu from a newer processor should be enough

for the sake of smooth playback I would go at least a dual core with HT

true dual cores are goig to make you regret the purchase maybe not today but for sure down the road


do not buy anything with a raidmax power supply
