Are either of these a safe and working replacement for my monitor's power cord?

My monitor's power cord has a cut near the opening, which makes it hard to repair. It's details say:

Broken Cord:
Input 100-240V~50/60Hz 1.0A max.
Output 19V 1.3A

The two extra power cords I want to replace it with are:

Replacement Cord 1:
Input 100-240V~1.2 A 50-60Hz
Output 19 V 2.15 A

Replacement Cord 2:
Input: 100-240V~50/60Hz
Output: 5.0V 1.0A

I really don't know how much of it has to match.

Replacement cord 1 sounds like a workable solution, provided of course the plug fits and has the same polarity. Look for a diagram similar to this and make sure the one being replaced matches the one it's replaced with.

As for power requirements, Voltage output of the cord needs to match, but Amperage does not, as the amps required is determined by the device, not the cord, so only needs to be equal to or greater.
