Any Suggestions? Brand new to PC gaming and want to get a good start. Would also be open to building one if there is a better build than these for around the same price. CyberPower is having some deals so that is why i am asking and NZXT I've heard is pretty good as well.

Solution
The usual CyberPower caveats apply here:

Substandard SSD (WD Green)
Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution
Substandard PSU
"Professional Wiring" (+$20)
The typical CyberPower assembly
The typical CyberPower after sale support.

I wouldn't recommend you to buy one if it were 1/2 that price.

But...the second one is 'better', simply because it lists the actual PSU and a better SSD.
But the first one has a better CPU.
