Question Are game bulid-in benchmark tools good for GPU stability test?

I found both 3DMark and FurMark are useless for stability test purpose, would be good if there is a tool instead of me keep playing those same scenes again and again.

Some games seem more sensitive to OC than others. Far Cry, for example, tend to have a benchmark built in.

Yes, they even have AI combats in their benchmarks, I guess it still requires multiple or maybe dozens of runs. Maybe when Gmod 2 comes out it will be the best benchmark tool on the market.
