Unfortunately not. You have to use two of the same graphics card to use SLI. E.g. GTX 660 + GTX 660. You can only use the 9800 GTX for Physx.

Paul is correct. You can only SLI two cards that have the same graphics processor. So any two 660 GTXs can be SLI'd together regardless of clock or GRAM size.
