[SOLVED] Are Gigabyte PSUs trustworthy?

This really fits nicely into my budget. Micro center only has 1 review & the Amazon reviews are good. Just hoping someone more knowledgeable than myself can give me some insight.

context - I’ll be buying a 3600x & 1650 super with it.

The CX450(non modular) is a bit better than the CXM(semi modular). For a 1650 Super the CXM would still be OK.

Its true that there is no "better power", to some extent. There can be more stable power, but there is no "cleaner" power

Everything in the computer depends on the power supply. A higher quality model made from a better platform with better components has less chance of having problems. Have a look at this model by Antec, based of the Seasonic Focus Gold platform. It's only $20 more and a better choice than the Gigabyte.
