Question Are H610m motherboards good enough for Intel i3-12100?

Hi, Can I get maximum performance out of a 12100 with a H610m motherboard? Is their VRM good enough? I will not upgrade this pc.

Here are the motherboards which are available for me:

MSI PRO H610M-E
Asus EX-H610M-V3 D4
ASUS PRIME H610M-D D4
MSI PRO H610M-G DDR4
ASUS PRIME H610M-K

All H series board on LGA1700 is basically only for those i3 and Pentium golds. Pick the cheapest of the cheap in this case but the H610M-G layout looks to be the better of the worst.
