So im looking to get my first mechanical keyboard and have tested reds and a blue knockoff in-store but they did not have a keyboard with brown switches. I have read a decent bit on browns but ive been getting mixed answers, some places say its like a blue with less noise, others say its like a red with sand under the keycap and others say theres a little bump under the actuation point. I was not a fan of the red switches but liked the cherry mx blue knockoff so how are brown switches compared to them?

There are also black switches, and I prefer those over browns, they make less noise, sort of a thud, with out the spring click like the blues do.
I suggest checking those out before you move to brown, since you may like it more.

This is the keyboard I got them with, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9EI73Mr3RnU, I use it over logitech 710+ with brown switch and razer blackwidow with blue switch which I had for last 5 years.

So the browns have a thud and the blues have a click? I was thinking about getting black switches but they are somewhat hard to find at the budget I set for myself on a mech keyboard (about 130$ CND). That keyboard looks awesome though I only found the lite version where Iive.
