[SOLVED] Are ITX size graphics card bad?

im planning to buy a 1650 super but i thought that if im gonna buy one, i would buy a small card so i can put it at almost any case/chassis because i might put it ina a mini itx case in the future if i wanted to. what im worrying is that difference in performance between the itx, regular, and the OC versions.

That depends on what GPU you're looking at. With today's advent in technology, you're getting a lot in a small form factor. So the simple answer is no, they aren't bad!
