are lenovo motherboards good??

cpu: core 2 quad q9550
ram : 4 gb ddr3
motherboard : lenovo
price : 15000 Rs
i like the q9550 and really want that cpu but im not sure about the motherboard!
are lenovo motherboards good enough ???

And i live in pakistan
tell me if you can find a better deal

Thats a very dated system, which I would have to advise not going into. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess it's used, either case you would likely be missing out on many newer technologies. Speed of SSD's, HDD's, memory, and graphics cards would be significantly held back by it.
