Are LG or Viewsonic PC Monitors Reliable + Durable ???

hi, i'm leaning towards LG and Viewsonic PC Monitors (budget models) so would like opinions on whether these 2 brands are reliable and durable ?

performance is not so important as i'm not into gaming.........i've always been using Samsung monitors but my last one was not reliable so i'll be switching brands.

I suggest looking at user ratings on Newegg. Most brads are all over the place. Look by best rates.

It really depends on the model as they all make both good and bad monitors. The only brand that really dominates is ASUS but that could be due to their sheer volume of models. If you want either a LG or Viewsonic I suggest fined one in using neweggs best rate models of that brand. For example the links below are top rated of both.
