Are monitors factored in the PSU calculators?

Are monitors factored in the PSU calculators? I did a very simple build on PCpartpicker for a tiny solidworks (CAD design) computer. No GPU required. All the calculators say I don't need anymore than a 200W PSU. I want to have dual screen, nothing too big or fancy needed. Are they factored in the calculations?

Monitors have a separate power cable and pull directly from the outlet.

Monitors are no longer powered from your computer's power supply. PSU's used to have a extra power outlet for a monitor but that practice has long been retired.

No, monitors do not draw ANY power from the PSU in the computer. one or one hundred it will make no difference to the PSU(or calculator).
