are motherboards with killer NIC bad that much?

i am building an i5 7600k build
and i do like the look of the msi z270 gaming m5 but it has killer NIC which people say it crashes windows ... etc

so should i worry about that??

Well, it's not that killer NIC crashes Windows ... rather it's drivers are doing that (and not even sure it's still true). I know some people indeed had troubles with them in the past, solved by installing some third party drivers.

I'm using the Killer NIC on my GA-Z97X-UD5H and I haven't had any issues.

I have two motherboards (Intel and AMD) with Killer Nics and they've been fine. I can't tell the difference between Killer, Realtek and Intel - they're all reliable for me.
