Are MSATA SSDs any good?

More specifically, the Crucial m4 256GB mSATA Internal Solid State Drive. Do these drives have any advantages or disadvantages from regular full size SSDs? How long they last, performance, sensitivity, extra maintenance, etc.

If you pick a good one, it can be just as good as a regular SATA SSD. The Crucial m4 mSATA is pretty much just as good as the full-size SATA version.

Heck, Samsung's little XP941 is faster than any SATA SSD ever can be, and it's tiny:

They're the same. The actual storage and SSD controller on-board are identical, it's just wired to a different interface.

Are there better MSATA SSDs then the one that i mentioned in the first post(read & write speeds and whatnot). How's the reliabilty of MSATA SSDs too, can i just stick it in and not have to worry about it?
