[SOLVED] Are my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Temps too high?

I've recently just build a new PC and everything is running fine but I have noticed that in idle my CPU temp ranges anywhere from 50-65c sometimes even spikes to 70's and when I am gaming it will reach the low 80s.
I have a Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240 installed and was just wondering if these temps are unusual. My CPU VCore sits around 1.35-1.4 constantly too.

Solution
Ok, so it's not actually sitting there, but letting off the gas and revving back up like it normally should.
I don't see any major threats.
What's your ambient temp?

I also have a 3600 latched to 4.2GHz on all cores. If I run Folding@Home, it gets up to 81°C. Current ambient is 27°C.

My idle temps jumps around mid-40's to low-50's. There are transients where it jumps up to around 70°C for a second when you start doing something.

My ambient temps are around 31°C

It should be fluctuating constantly up to that on lighter loads, not sitting there. Are you absolutely sure the voltage is sitting there? Check voltages with hwinfo or Ryzen Master.

Since your reported load thermals aren't 'through the roof', there isn't a problem there.

Been running Ryzen Master for about 5 minutes and the voltage fluctuates between 1.3 and 1.4 but usually sits around 1.37
