Are my components compatible with my MOBO?

I am pretty sure that all my parts are compatible, but I am not sure when it comes to them being compatible with my motherboard.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Processor: Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150
GPU: MSI GTX 980 Gaming 4G
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro
Cooling: Cooler Master Hyper 212X
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive (120GB)
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
DVD: LITE-ON Black SATA DVD-ROM Drive Model iHDS118-04

Your build is ok.

The CPU works with that motherboard, so does the memory.
The CPU cooler is compatible with the socket and has clearance from the RAM.
Graphics card will work on that motherboard and will fit in that case.
Storage is..well pretty straight forward, will work.
Power supply will be enough to power everything and has enough cables.
The only thing I'm not sure of is the wireless card(it's a laptop wifi card) but it's PCI-E so it could work.

Almost all new manufactured boards comes with the newest BIOS. If the PC boots up, it's good.
If not you'll have to update the BIOS. With ASUS boards it's easy, no need for a CPU or memory.

I use the ASUS USB-N13 usb wireless adapter myself.
It's a good little wireless card. I've even played online games with it.
If you want a PCI solution, I'd go with the ASUS PCE-N15.
 


There will be a sticker on the mobo. The last 4 numbers under the barcode is the BIOS thats on it
