CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ Outlet PC)
Thermal Compound: Arctic Cooling MX-2 4g Thermal Paste ($7.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($72.39 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB Video Card ($449.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($44.99 @ NCIX US)

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.73 @ Outlet PC)
Monitor: Asus VG248QE 144Hz 24.0" Monitor ($242.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1583.00

Not all AMD parts are best, also you can delete my monitors and coolers, yours are fine, but mostly i want you to look at GPU: choose 770 gtx or a cheaper gpu a 7970ghz edition.
Cpu is also not a very good choise use 4670k or if you want a cheaper version than go with 3570k.
Mobo is good but i recommned asrock :)
By the way you are enough with 8gb of ram :)

Ok so I'm thinking about going with :

Intel Core i5 4670K, S 1150, Haswell, Quad Core, 3.4GHz, 3.8GHz Turbo, 1200MHz GPU, 34x Ratio, Retail
2GB Palit GTX 770 JetStream, 28nm, PCIe 3.0 (x16), 7010MHz GDDR5, GPU 1150MHz, Boost 1202MHz, Cores 1536 +Free Game
ASRock Z87 EXTREME4, Intel Z87, S 1150, DDR3, SATA III, SATA RAID, PCIe 3.0 (x16), ATX

I'm sticking with 16GB of RAM because I need it to run virtual achines because I like them running smoothly

Do you think that would be better?
