yep. this will work just fine. BUT, i would advise getting a newer model CPU. the 3xxx series is out of production and for the same price you can get the newer, faster model

Oh, and go for Z97 chipset on the motherboard a Devil's Canyon processor (eg 4690K).
Also, don't cheap-out too much on the RAM. Go for 1600MHz

Yes it is all compatible, but for the money you're spending you could get better, newer equipment. If you're interested I can post a build, just tell me your budget.
