Are my components good enought to enjoy 4K at 60fps?

Hi guys. I need to buy a monitor so I was wondering if I should opt for a 4K instead of a 2K. Here my configuration:

-ASUS ROG STRIX Z270E Gaming

-i7 7700k 4.2ghz

-ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1080ti 11GB

-G.skils Ripjaws 16GB 3000mhz CL15

What do you think? Should i risk with a 4K monitor?

Lets say that i'm a gamer who actually dont care at all about online games, and fps are not my favorite ones. The budget is about 2000€ in Spain, cause I put other stuff

I generally like a wide variety of genre of games, so i actually have not a preferences
