Are my computer parts compatible?

Nov 11, 2012
Hello, I'm building my first gaming PC and I would like to know if my parts are compatible with one another, and if there are any suggestions such as needing a more powerful psu. The total cost for my computer right now is around $1500.00. I want to keep it around this price, if suggestions are made.

That hard drive is an enterprise drive designed for servers and raid configurations - get a WD blue or black, or Seagate Spinpoint.

Other than that and the fact that your mouse and keyboard are going to make you unhappy...

Oh! And are you planning on overclocking? If so, buy a Hyper 212+. If not, get the non-"k" version i5 and an h77 motherboard instead of a z77.
