[SOLVED] Are my CPU and AIO temps fine?

I have a 9700K and a Croshair H100i PLATINUM. At idle, my CPU runs at at 40-45c but every 30 seconds it jumps to 55-60c for a brief moment, which I find very weird. At idle, my H100i runs at 30-35c, and both fans and pump are at 2300RPM. Are those values normal? Thanks in advance for anyone who helps!

It's normal for all modern CPUs to change frequency and with it temps often and fast. With those temps you can afford to slow them down and adjust their speed curve to run much slower all the way up to 70-75c.
