Are my cpu temps safe?

I have a Ryzen 1600 non x stock cooler and a msi X370 gaming pro carbon motherboard and my old temps used to be idle:35 c underload:55-62 and I touched my cpu fan speed some how in bios and now my idle is 39-44 c and my under load is a locked 58 c I am just worried about the the idle I want to make sure its safe.

Idle temps mean nothing. You can raise the min fan speed to lower them if you just want em lower, but it's pointless. If 58 is all you're getting under load you're good to go.
