Question Are my frames appropriate for Counter-Strike GO?

Hi everyone,
I recently built a new computer. I read that in CS:GO I should be getting between 300-400 fps at max settings and 1440p resolution. However, I am averaging around 260. Is something wrong maybe?

My specs are:
12th Gen intel core i9-12900k
RTX 4080 Super
32 GB ram
2TB NVMe storage

Efficiency cores disabled on bios.
