Are my i5-4670k stock temps a bit high?

My temp idles at around 40-41c and 50-55c under load, but I have an aftermarket cooler, the Cooler Master Seidon 120mm liquid cooler with push pull fans. I live in Arizona, so it's a bit hot in terms of air temperature, but shouldn't my CPU still be cooler than this?

That's about right, especially if the ambient temps are higher. Turn on the AC.

They are safe temperatures under the TJ Max of that CPU. There is nothing to worry about. There are many reasons than can accountable for higher temps. Lack of air flow, quality of CPU cooler, ambient room temperature.
