Are my idle temps good?

So I have finished building my first PC. And I might sound like a noob with my questions so I am sorry.

Here's my specs and temps:

cpu: AMD FX 6300 overclocked to 3.9 GHz Temp - 36C

MB: m5a78l-m/usb3 - 29C

GPU: AMD Radeon 6800 - 43C

Oh and 8 GB RAM.

So are these decent temps?

Also last week we had 34c weather it was really hot and humid. Does that kind of weather effect the temperature? My CPU was running at 42c idle most of the time. I have noticed it has actually cooled down despite the over clock

due to it being so hot where you are these temps don't seem abnormal.
