Are my motherboard temps normal?

Alright, so I've been looking around a lot of forums and such and I'm getting more and more familiar with more advanced tech stuff.... but I have a long way to go.

I just finished building my first ever PC and everything seems to be running smooth.

I installed HWinInfo just to make sure my cooling system is working properly but their charts aren't terribly intuitive... There is a LOT of information there.

I've posted a screenshot of my MB section: https://imgur.com/a/L3OdY (The first image is when I first booted up, the second is from five minutes or so later. I haven't even tried gaming yet, I just want to make sure these idle temps are fine.)

My motherboard is a ROG STRIX Z370-H Gaming board. In the BIOS I've recently bumped it up to "gaming" mode because I want to put a bit of pressure on it to see what happens at idle speeds before I get too crazy with high-end gaming.

Based on info I've gathered on the net, everything seems pretty decent... but like I said I'm pretty new to this and that is a lot of information to take in.

Which numbers are most important? Which temps should I pay most attention to, and when should I start to worry that things are getting too hot?

Any help at all trying to make sense of all this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

i would check if the middle screws on the 212 is tight to avoid ooler of jiggling whae fans speed up you could also had 2 more fans in the system one in fron ane one on the top below 70 c you good for long peroid with this also you could use the sensor page on hwinfo to check your fans speed .for my personnal info what is the space you have from top of board to case for fans .

How do I find this out? My heatsink for the main intel processor is a Cooler Master Hyper 212X, and I have 2 on-board tower fans from my Phantex Ethnoo Pro tower.

Is there a way to find out if they are functioning adequately? I know I can boost their output in the BIOS but I'd rather not mess around with that stuff just yet unless really necessary, I don't want to start messing with settings I'm not comfortable with unless I do a lot more research online.

Thanks for the reply!

From what I can tell online, other sites have reported temps of between 60 and 80 as well, so I suppose everything is relatively normal?

What would be a "danger zone" for long-term usage?

I know it's not necessarily very dangerous as my processor will have throttling failsafes if things get too crazy, but I'm thinking long-term health as well. I don't want to consistently heat my processors too much over the long run... I'm hoping to get at least 7 or 8 years out of this rig.
