Are my overclocking settings okay?

Hello, for the first time in my life I have overclocked my CPU to 3.5 GHz, but I want to know if my overclocking settings are okay. My specs:

MOBO: Asus P5K
CPU: Xeon E5430 (2.66 GHz)
RAM: 4 x 2 GB ADATA ADQVE1B16

My overclocking settings:

CPU Ratio Setting: 08,0
FSB Strap to North Bridge: 400
FSB Frequency: 437
PCIE Frequency: 101
DRAM Frequency: DDR2-874 MHz
DRAM Timing Control: Manual
CAS# Latency: 6 DRAM Clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 6 DRAM Clocks
RAS# PRE Time: 6 DRAM Clocks
RAS# ACT Time: 18 DRAM Clocks
DRAM Static Read Control: Enabled
CPU Voltage: 1,3000V
DRAM Voltage: 1,90V
CPU Spread Spectrum: Disabled
PCIE Spread Spectrum: Disabled

Everything else is set to auto. I have played Minecraft, ran Fire Strike, Memtest86 and all kinds of stress tests and it seems to be stable, but I just want opinions from overclocking experts. Maybe I can improve something? Thanks

Today I booted and I get this error: "ERROR! The CPU Core to Bus ratio or VID configuration has failed! Please enter BIOS Setup and re-config it." Can someone tell me what is the problem?
