I am planning to build a PC and these are the parts I have in mind.

CPU: Intel core i7-8700K
Ram: 2x8GB Ballistix DDR4 ram
GPU: Zotac GTX 1070 AMP Extreme
Motherboard: Msi Z370 Gaming motherboard (LGA 1151 socket)
Power Supply: Corsair VS650 650W Watt Power Supply
Case not yet decided

So what do you think guys is these parts good for gaming on 1440p or 4k at ultra settings with more than 80 fps or I could get the same results using cheaper build?

Go for it. Maybe get a better power supply - that Corsair VS650 is middlin' quality at best, and it's only 80 plus (no silver, gold or platinum efficiency) and not modular. Yes, it's nice and cheap. But you should never cheap out on the PSU, it's the heart of the system. Look at this chart on different models and their ratings - https://i.imgur.com/tgrbCnr.jpg - on this chart, the VS series is 3rd tier.

It looks good. When buying the memory check the website for the motherboard. Make sure that the memory is supported before buying it.

I was about to say the same.
Besides the PSU would also recommend a better motherboard, like the Extreme 4 and with that CPU you might want to also have a decent cooler.
