Yes you can use a 2:1 fan splitter without issue. Some coolers cone with one.
You may want to concider installing windows on an ssd for faster boot and program load times.

If you don't plan to overclock, you don't need to get a CPU cooler. The 2600 comes with one. I'd say remove the CPU cooler(if not overclocking!) and get a SSD. A SSD will make your system feel SO much faster, it's night and day.

Yes, but AMD's stock coolers for ryzen are actually pretty good. They are compact, mostly quiet, and not actually bad at cooling. I have the AMD wraith stealth cooler, the same cooler the 2600 comes with. It is not bad at keeping my overclocked ryzen 3 cool. The Wraith Stealth cooler is better at cooling, quieter, and better looking than the intel stock cooler,
