Looks great to me. Should max all games no problem. I would change the PSU to the the xfx pro550 but that is all.

Looks like a nice, solid build.

The only thing I would change, is the PSU. I would look for a Corsair 500W, but MODULAR. When buying a PSU, a modular is something you want to look into. The difference is that you can use certain cables that you need, rather than using all when you don't need them.

I'd go with a full size ATX board instead of an mATX and a Seasonic S12 520W instead of the Corsair CX but otherwise that build looks good, I say go for it.
