Yes, all those parts will fit/work together.

However, you can get a GTX 1070 for only $390, vs $539 for that R9 390, and it's 29% faster, plus comes with Gears of War 4.

Other than that, not sure if you're aware, but that MB is not overclockable. It's possible to overclock that CPU even without it being a k model with multiplier, but it requires a MB with overclockable bus. I won't kid you though, it's harder to overclock via bus than multiplier.

I would also suggest going with 16GB RAM (2x8GB).

Better than what? It's not better than the 1070 I suggested, and you linked to a $539 GPU. It all comes down to what you can afford really.

The RX480 is about 4% more powerful than a R9 390 at 1080p, but IMO you'd be better off spending $10 more on a 1060 6GB, and getting 10% more performance. Especially since most games are endorsed by Nvidia now, and work better at launch on their GPUs.

I would only go with a 1060 if you're sure you will stay within 1080p res for the life of the GPU, and are hard pressed to afford $390 for a 1070.

All these video cards fit in Pci-Ex slots, so the only thing you have to worry about is whether your case fits the length of the card.

You've not said what case you're using, but if you let me know brand/model of case, I can tell you if it will fit. The Giga G1 Gaming 1060 is 10.94" (278mm) long, so it would fit a lot of taday's gaming cases.
