I would swap the psu for the 600W version: EVGA 600B or a XFX 550W.
Either get a Z97 motherboard for overclocking the cpu or swap the cpu for a locked cpu like i5 4590 if you're not overclocking

Also you don't really need a cpu cooler if you going with an i5 4590. The stock cooler should be ok.
