So this is my pc:

8GB RAM
CPU: i5 4460 3.2 GHz
PSU: 650W Antec VP650PM
Motherboard: ASRock b85m pro4
Graphics card: Gtx 750 ti

SSD: 250gb samsung 850 evo
HDD: 1TB Seagate

I think I have enough Watt from my psu and that the cpu won't bottleneck the gpu(only if the game is cpu intensive).
I am not sure though about the compatibility of my motherboard and the quality of my psu.
What are your thoughts?

According to this tier list, your PSU is rated at third tier, which isn't bad but you should read this:
Still safe to use and stable, just lower quality components. Not really Ideal in serious overclocking or super-high load situations, such as a Bitcoin mining rig or a high end gaming system.

Further reading.

You should be fine with both the motherboard and PSU though just be sure to have a matched pair of ram if you're going with 2x4gb of ram and that they are DDR3 rated to run at 1.5v. The maximum frequency your processor and motherboard can support from your ram would be 1600MHz.
