Question Are my R5 2600 idle temperatures fine?

I am on stock, no OC, with Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim air cooler, in games I average cca 67-68 C, idle temps are at 43 C, thats what i fear a little bit... The cooler can be mounted only vertically on AM4, so the fan is pushing air directly from the GPU PCB/ backplate, I assume that is the reason for the high-ish temps...

That definitely seems high to me.
I have my R5 2600 OC'd to 4GHz and my CPU idle temp is around 30C and it maxes out around 55 - 56C after 3 - 4 hours of gaming.
My ambient temperature is 21.5 - 22C.
My dual fan cooler pulls air in from the front and exhausts it to the rear fan which helps a lot.
And I also have 3 intake fans and 2 exhaust fans which give me Very good airflow in my mid tower case.
See my signature for my specs.

R5 2600, MSI B450 TOMAHAWK, Patriot Viper Elite 16gb kit ddr4 ocd to 3000mhz cl16, evga 650bq 650w, wd caviar blue 1tb hdd, aorus rx 570 4gb oc, Zalman Z1 Neo case, Win10 Pro 64 bit os, ambient temp 27 C, summer time :D
2 intake 120mm fans, but only molex connectors, straight to the psu, 1 exhaust 120mm fan, thats it, i assume that the poor ventillation for the cpu cooler is the point...

Idle temps usually run @ 6-12°C above ambient if you have at least somewhat decent airflow. 15-18 is about as high as it should ever get and you are beyond that. I'd say the cooler is a little starved for air.

Never heard of AM4 only mounting vertical.

Backplate only mounts 1 way, but the brackets should be universal mount

here is a picture for my proof, this isnt my picture, taken from internet, but has my same situation, unfortunately this cooler does not have a bracket or anything similar to that, only a metal clip that you have to attach to the cooler, and lock it like the old-school AMD stock coolers, and you cant turn it 90 degree or anything else, just like this, you get the idea.... so i cant do anything to get more air for the cooler, stupid engineering from be quiet imo....

here you can see the same thing going on, mounting only vertically, just the fan is on the other side, facing up, and you can see the clip or whatever it is called, what is locking the cooler to the mobo...

With your Ambient temperature of 27C a 37 - 40C idle temp is about what you would expect from that cooler.
Since you can't change the orientation of your Cooler I would try removing the side panel and point a box fan directly at the CPU and see if that helps bring the CPU temperatures down at all.
