im about to buy my first gaming pc so i went to a couple of stores to search and i told them i want a pc that is able to play games and stream at the same time and i want it to have good graphics. they both mostly recommended the same specs but what are your opinions about them?
_phanteks eclipse p300
_g.skill ripjaws v series 16gb (2x8gb) ddr4 2400mhz
_evga 650 bq 650w 80 plus bronze
_gigabyte b450 ds3h socket am4 motherboard:
-dual channel ddr4 3200(oc) m.2
-usb 3.1 DVI_D, HDMI, micro ATX motherboard
_amd ryzen 5 2600 6-core/12-thread processor (one of the stores suggested intel instead he said intel is more reliable)
_evga geforce rtx 2070 xc gaming 08g-p4-2172-kr 8gb gddr6 dual fan (i might buy the ultra version)
_samsung 860 evo 2.5 sata iii 500gb read:
-550gb/s: write: 520gb/s solid state drive (mz-76E500B/AM)
would you say this pc can run a smooth stream?
thanks

Solution
True that Ryzens are better for streaming, but it also needs high speed RAM to work at it's full potential. Most buying Ryzens get 3200 or at least 3000 RAM. 2400 is way too slow, and will cause latency. This is because Ryzen's "Infinity Fabric" core interconnects are tied to RAM speed.

If I were you, I would wait until the Ryzen 3000 series launches. Even if the prices are too high, it will likely cause prices on the 2000 series to drop.

Lastly, part of what affects stream quality is your upload speed. You need at least 10-12 Mb/s upload speed to use the higher stream bitrates.
