Are my specs enough for a hackintosh build?

I was planning on dual booting hackintosh and windows and using the Mac OS for like daily uses and stuff cause it seems really neat, and I was wondering are my system specs good enough right now?

Specs :

Intel Core I5 3570K
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H
RAM : 16GB Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 1333
PSU : OCZ ModXstream 700W PSU
HDD : 1TB - SATA III - 7200 RPM
GPU : MSI GTX 660 Ti Power Edition
And I also have a wifi adapter, which is the TP-Link PCI Express Wifi Adapter

And also is a wifi adapter necessary? Can't I just have my PC hooked up by Ethernet? or does hackintosh require a wifi adapter for online use?

Thanks all!

Looks like a solid build. I have heard the DS3H works well. I assume you have looked at Tonymacx86? You need to use that to find Multibeast (install) settings for your board. Onboard LAN will work with the proper Multibeast driver, so you dont need a WiFi adapter. I have a similar setup with a Z77 UD5H, and its awesome and stable. You are all set!
