my specs are:

Processor: Intel core i5 cpu 760 @ 2.80ghz 2.80ghz
Ram: 4.00gb
64 bit operating system

Are these specs good for gaming? i only play csgo

Your CPU and RAM are good for CS:GO (I would have 8Gb of ram for overall speed of your PC). But, I would get a dedicated GPU like a GTX 750ti, even though the minimum graphics requirement for CS:GO is a GPU with at least 256 MB of VRAM and support for DirectX 9.
